I am an Austrian girl living in Sweden. I always dreamed about having my own shop. This is now the start since i love my Erin Condren Planner and every single stationery item.

My estimated processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. Current processing time is listed on all product listings.
Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your order. I will not be responsible if your package is returned to me due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to me, buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.
---PACKAGING---
All orders are shipped in a bubble envelope to keep the product from bending or being damaged. Each order is packaged inside a plastic reusable bag.
---INTERNATIONAL ORDERS---
In the new year we started shipping worldwide but without a tracking number! If you wish to have your order sent with a tracking number you can choose that before the checkout.
--CANCELING ORDERS--
If you for some reason decide to cancel your order we would cancel your order if you can give us a reason, as simply changing your mind is not grounds for cancellation.
--PRINTABLES--
As soon as I received the payment, the stickers will be available for download. You can print them as often as you want and also give them to your friends! Just don't put them on Planner Platforms or Facebook groups!
