Refunds - part 1

I do my best to describe items accurately, take good pix, note sizes carefully. Please read descriptions & write me with any concerns PRIOR to purchase, & I'll be happy to help.
♥Eyewear: please check measurements, ask questions before purchase; select a shape/size suitable for you/your face shape. To qualify for a refund on eyewear: ♥When 2 or more frames are purchased, refunds will ONLY be given on the 2 of lower value; store credit/exchange will be given for the rest.
♥convo within 5 days of receipt to let me know you intend to return the item
♥please return in the original condition - item must not have been tampered with, altered, changed, heated, etc.
♥please return in suitable protective shipping packaging via US Postal Service

Refunds - Part 2

♥please use US Postal Service insurance when return mailing (inexpensive); seller is not responsible for loss or damage of product during shipping.
♥refund covers item price - shipping is non-refundable.
♥Returns accepted and preferred with US Postal Service; **NEVER** return using UPS. Delivery can not be guaranteed with UPS. +++If it's absolutely necessary to use UPS, please send a message prior to return.+++
