Do you accept returns?
We accept returns of any non-personalised items providing they are returned in the same condition as sent, unused, and at the buyer's cost.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items.
We are unable to accept returns for any bespoke, custom, or personalised items.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition however, due to the fragile nature of some of our products some damage in transit may occur.
Please ensure that any damage to your order is reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods and supporting photographs of the damage are provided.
Replacement goods will then be sent to you within 1-3 days.
Custom bespoke orders may take longer depending on the requirement.
My item hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?
Your order should arrive with you within 1-2 days of despatch (standard UK addresses)
Please note that your delivery may be delayed for reasons that are beyond our control. Shipping and mail industries continue to be affected by seasonal peaks in demand, and any planned industrial strike action may affect delivery times.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of despatch, please contact us and we will help to resolve the issue.
Can I request a specific font when personalising products?
We understand that you may want the font to match your theme or wedding stationery and are more than happy to use specific fonts. Please let us know what font you require, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note additional costs will apply if we have to purchase the font.
