About Biken
Biken is a southern California based team and we make cycling-related accessories for town-cycling. The bike accessory maker Biken was founded by product designer Ken Sugimoto. Biken is named from "Bike" + his name “Ken”. Ken has 20 years experiences as a product designer in both Japan and the US.
Our concept is to create products that can go from riding around town, to a cafe, or even to work. One of the key features of Biken products is ingenuity. The materials are chosen carefully for that concept. Using bike parts, genuine leather, and quality fabrics, Biken’s original products are uniquely designed to look good and work well.

Accepted payment methods
Shipping
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation emai from us. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Orders with items that are in stock will ship out within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. You will receive an email from your shipping provider once your package is shipped out. We are not responsible for lost or damaged pieces if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to the customer's error.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need express shipping, insurance or tracking please contact to mail [!at] biken.us. If order is placed after 2pm PST, it will not be processed until the next day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping timeframe for international shipping will be dependent on the chosen carrier. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. We do not have control over any Duties / Taxes and said costs will be the customers responsibility.
This is especially import for UK buyers.
The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.

SHIPPING DATE
Every day that our carriers are open, we can ship packages. Weekend and Holiday orders will be sent the first available shipping business day.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you items do arrived damaged please send photos to mail [!at] biken.us.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
