May we contact you about artwork for sale?
Every effort will be made to represent items accurately and honestly. Keep in mind that computer screens do not always give accurate and consistent color matches to original photography. If you would like additional photographs of original artwork to make an informed decision please contact me.
How will you ship items?
I WILL ONLY SELL AND SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. In most cases I will be able to ship in three days. I will provide you a tracking number at that time. If you have any questions before or after a sale, please contact me and I will try to get back to you promptly. Cards will usually be shipped First Class mail with a tracking number and no insurance. Larger items will generally be shipped Priority Mail or First Class with a tracking number and insurance. Original artwork will be shipped with signature required.
How about returns?
Returns are not accepted for cards or prints because of the price of packaging and shipping compared to the modest cost of the items. But if there is a problem with your order please feel free to contact me and I will try to make it right.
Original artwork generally may not be returned. If you feel that the work was misrepresented please contact me.
How about copyrights?
Any artwork sold in any form is for personal use only. These items cannot be resold or copied, or used for any commercial purpose. Artwork copyrights remain with the artist and are not transferable with purchase. By making a purchase you are agreeing to these criteria.
What about processing time?
In most cases your order will be prepared and shipped in 2-3 days.
