At the moment my shop doesn't offer physical gift wrapping/packaging, but you can still choose to mark your order as a gift. This gives you the option to create an electronic gift teaser with your personal message that will be sent to the recipient's email. It also guarantees that no price/invoice will be printed with your order.

Please wash all clothing at 30°C max and hang it out to dry on air if possible. Do not iron directly onto the print, but instead iron on the reverse side. If you don’t follow these instructions it is expected that the print will either fade or crack/peel over time.

If you like any customisation or personalisation of our products, please reach out. Due to technical complexity, we don’t offer this as a default.

This Etsy shop is partnered with selected eco-friendly suppliers. They ethically source Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)-certified organic cotton and manufacture all clothing blank products in India, or Bangladesh. My designs are then printed on these blank products in the UK using eco-friendly water-based inks, renewable energy, and post-production filters. These suppliers strongly support reforestation to offset any remaining carbon footprint.

Returns are possible within 14 days from receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the purchased item must be in an unworn and its original new condition. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Please check the size chart carefully to avoid ordering the wrong size, exchanges are not accepted. Please contact me if you need any advice.

Since this is a print on demand shop fulfilled by my production partners, if the print on your product shows visible printing mistakes or the product has any other issues, please contact me as soon as possible with a proof image to arrange a replacement. I will be happy to assist you.

What is DTG printing? This type of printing (direct-to-garment) uses eco-friendly, non-toxic, water-based inks that are directly infused into the garment. It guarantees long lasting quality. The garment type defines how this print will look. The DTG print differs from the traditional screen printing (often used by high street sellers) and doesn’t have the typical rubber feel.
