Long story short, after a very long struggle with health and not feeling great, I have decided it is time for a change, in 2019 I started my healing journey, and 5 years later I have never felt or looked better. I was basically journalling everything I was doing, eating, feeling -- everyday. But it does get overwhelming at times to track back some important information. So in 2024 we were thinking why not creating easier digital version that could be used daily? And so we did. Bioplanny was born for personal needs, but with a hope that it can help everyone figure out anything about themselves. Or just use it as your daily, weekly, monhtly planner. :)
