UK Delivery And Missing Orders
UK Delivery
The standard delivery we use is Royal Mail 2nd Class, unless stated in the listing or a delivery upgrade is requested and paid for.
It is very rare for an item to go missing, however, an item is not classed as missing until the 10th working day after the expected date of delivery. This is the earliest we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail.
USA, Canada and Austrailia Delivery And Missing Orders
International Delivery
The standard delivery we use is Royal Mail International Standard, unless stated differently in the listing or a delivery upgrade is requested and paid for. This service takes 1-4 weeks, however, from customer feedback most items are received within 2 weeks.
It is very rare for an item to go missing, however, an item is not classed as missing until the 25th working day after the expected date of delivery. This is when we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail and Royal Mail class the item as missing after this length of time.
RM International Standard is not a tracked service, therefore a tracking number is not provided. Should you require a tracking number, please purchase a delivery upgrade at checkout.
