Print-to-order items (i.e. shirts, phone cases, blankets, mugs, etc) need around 3-10 business days for printing before they ship. // Pre-made items are usually shipped within 2-4 days after purchase.

If your order contains both types of items, they will likely be shipped in separate packages.

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:
* 3~10 days within the U.S.
* 3~4 weeks to Canada (depends on customs)
* 3~6 weeks International (depends on customs)

If you notice strange delays in your tracking or you don't receive your package within the estimated time, please message me with your order number so I can check on it.

From Oct-Dec, please allow extra time for production as printers will get very busy.

On print-to-order items, I can accommodate simple customizations such as:
- Print an existing design onto another item
- Remove, isolate, or combine parts from existing designs
- Add/edit text
- Minor color changes

Customization is not possible on pre-made items.

I do not take art commissions at this time.

I'm happy to provide a refund or replacement if I or my printer made a mistake (such as wrong item, printing error, arrived damaged, etc)

Please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Include:
- your name or order number
- a description of the problem
- photos of the printing error or item damage

If returning an item for another reason (i.e. changed your mind / wrong size), the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost and the original shipping fee may not be refundable. **Please contact me prior to a return**

Almost all orders include tracking except for very flat items (like stickers).

Flat mail will not be trackable, but if you don't receive it in a normal time frame please contact me (after 2 weeks within US, 4 weeks International).

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties depending on country. This is outside of my control and the buyer is responsible for any taxes and customs charges. Please be familiar with your country's import duties before making a purchase.
