Custom and personalized orders

I do custom orders for plushies primarily. Typically I start working on the order after we've hashed out the details and you purchase the listing we set up together. PM me if you're interested!

Care instructions

If you need to wash your plushie, hand-washing is best. You can try washing in a machine on the gentlest setting, making sure to place the plushie in a bag or pillowcase first... but I don't recommend it.

Combining shipping

Sometimes I can fit more than one item in a box. If you want to order multiple items, please contact me first and I can set up a custom listing for you with a lower shipping cost. Otherwise, I'll probably contact you after you order to arrange a refund of the extra shipping costs- but it's easier if you just contact me first.
