Custom and personalized orders

Custom colors are possible. Custom orders usually take two weeks to process, but can sometimes take up to four due to the nature of ceramics.

Shipping and Receiving packages

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. If packages are sent to a wrong address provided by buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to resolve it. If a package is returned to our shop due to a wrong address label, buyers are responsible for re-shipping cost.

Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Delivery receipt is responsibility of buyer. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
