I’m so happy with this teapot. The original had an issue during firing, and the seller was wonderful about letting me know and remaking it. I really appreciated the communication and care throughout the process. The replacement arrived beautifully packaged and made it safely even though the shipping box was badly damaged. It was absolutely worth the wait, and I love how it turned out.

Beautiful piece and even better than I expected. The detail is lovely, and I really appreciated how carefully everything was packaged. The shipping box arrived very beat up, but the teapot was protected so well that it made it here safely. The seller also kept me updated when the original pumpkin teapot had an issue during firing and remade it, which I truly appreciated. I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely order from this shop again.

The products arrived on time and were not broken. They look exactly as pictured.

So nice to order bisque and not have to wait months for delivery. A little disappointed in the quality. Many of the light holes were not punched through. Had to spend quite some time drilling them out. Can’t wait to glaze this one when I get it ready. Thanks
