Hola Kevin! Thank you so much for your review :) We always do our best to clearly show all the sizes, but sometimes items can look bigger in photos. You can always check the exact measurements in inches or cm in the listing and the design proof we sent before produce the stamp. It really helps to grab a ruler at home to get a better sense of the actual size. We hope you can still use it in your pieces! ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
We will send you the digital preview and begin production once we have your confirmation. As a small business, we produce and ship once a week to manage our workload and reduce environmental impact by consolidating shipments.
If you’re ever in a hurry, we recommend checking your messages regularly, as we might be waiting for your confirmation to proceed with production.
If we do not receive your confirmation about the design proof within a few days, we will proceed with production based on our experience and your needs to avoid delays on your order as well as other customers' orders. Once the stamp is made, changes won’t be possible.
Standard Shipping
NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS
Sent with non-tracked international airmail except for Spain and USA, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.
ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.
Non-custom stamps and ink pads with non-tracked shipping
Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail except to Spain and USA. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order.
If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information.
The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.
Shipping Time
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.
You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. Etsy will show the estimated delivery time according to our processing and shipping times, please check this information. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push this date.
*If you have a tracking number, the errors with the tracking number depend on the courier. If you have some questions send us a conversation.

CUSTOM STAMPS WITH A BITERSWIT DESIGN

CUSTOM LOGO STAMPS
After the purchase, send us your logo design. The image must be in white and black colors (not greyscale), vectorial format or .PDF .TIFF .JPEG 300dpi. You can send it via Etsy convo or to hola@biterswit.com
We will send you a design proof. If in 1-2 days we do not receive your ok about the design proof we will proceed to produce the stamp according to our experience and your needs. We will send you the order and there will be no chance to changes.
IMPORTANT: If you want to cancel the order after we have sent you the preview image you will be charged €7 as design fee for the design work. Thanks for understanding!

Return items or shipping errors
We do not accept returns or refunds on any CUSTOM or DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the reason for the return is not attributed to biterswit (you don't like the stamp, for example) you will have to take care of the return and shipping costs. In this case, the product cost will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the package cannot be delivered for some reason caused by the customer (incorrect postal code, non-pickup at the post office, etc) the client is responsible for the new shipping required once the package arrives
Custom stamp cancellation. Design work not refundable.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations but if in any case, you need to do so, write to us and there is no problem :) The only thing to keep in mind is that if we have already done the design work of adapting your image and we have sent you the preview design before requesting cancellation of the order, you will be charged €7 for the design work, the rest will be refunded. Thanks for understanding!
US customers tariffs and customs
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will no longer apply the de minimis exemption for imported goods. This means orders shipped from outside the US may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
With standard shipping, there are no extra fees at delivery. Taxes and customs handling are already included and prepaid in your order.
If you choose express shipping, customs fees are not prepaid. US Customs may charge import taxes (around 15% of the product value) plus a handling fee of about $15. These fees may vary depending on regulations.
Any customs fees are collected by US Customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Thank you for supporting our small shop :)
