In our biterswit shop, you will find also original gifts for creative minds like rubber stamps for bullet journals, planners, design and stamp your wrapping paper, personal gifts, DIY packs, and printable art.
We believe in a better green world, for this reason, all our shipping packages are plastic-free, so you will receive your items in paper envelopes or cardboard boxes :)
SHIPPING INFORMATION
As you can read in the product information and our FAQ Non-custom stamps are send with non-tracked international airmail, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, the standard shipping doesn't provide you a tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.

Processing times
STANDARD PROCESS TIME
You can see the processing time on the product information (estimated arrival)
Check the process information. The processing time about is 3-5 business days.
ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
We will send you the digital preview as soon as possible and we will start to work on your order as soon as we have your confirmation. The processing time about is 3-5 business days.
If in 1-2 days we do not receive your confirmation about the design proof we will proceed to produce the stamp according to our experience and your needs. We will send you the order and there will be no chance to change any product details as soon as the stamp is produced. This is to delay your or other orders and close your purchase.
Standard Shipping
NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS
Sent with non-tracked international airmail, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.
ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.
Non-custom stamps and ink pads with non-tracked shipping
Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order.
If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information.
The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.
Shipping Time
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.
You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. Etsy will show the estimated delivery time according to our processing and shipping times, please check this information. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push this date.
*If you have a tracking number, the errors with the tracking number depend on the courier. If you have some questions send us a conversation.
Custom and personalized orders
CUSTOM STAMPS WITH A BITERSWIT DESIGN
1. Purchase the item and write the custom information in the Personalization box.

2. Send us your logo design. The logo must be in white and black colors (not greyscale), vectorial format or .PDF .TIFF .JPEG 300dpi. You can send it via Etsy convo or to hola@biterswit.com
* In 1-2 business days we will send you the digital proof. Check your Etsy conversation to confirm the design. The processing time depends on your confirmation day.
If in 1-2 days we do not receive your confirmation about the design proof we will proceed to produce the stamp according to our experience and your needs. We will send you the order and there will be no chance to changes.
Wholesale availability
The wholesale purchases have special conditions. Please contact me to know more about them. Write us at hola@biterswit.com.

If you are a wedding planner and want to offer our services or you are interested in our geek wedding stamps you can send us a conversation and tell us your idea!
Return items or shipping errors
We do not accept returns or refunds on any CUSTOM or DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the reason for the return is not attributed to biterswit (you don't like the stamp, for example) you will have to take care of the return and shipping costs. In this case, the product cost will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the package cannot be delivered for some reason caused by the customer (incorrect postal code, non-pickup at the post office, etc) the client is responsible for the new shipping required once the package arrives
