From ordering and communication to delivery, everything here is absolutely top-notch. The fact that delivery can take a few weeks is normal and due to the custom-made nature of the product. The wait is rewarded with a meticulously crafted, absolutely high-quality, and quite solid piece of furniture. The hanging mechanism uses two robust, German-made gas springs. Additionally, the load is transferred via the lower joints to a protruding MDF lip (on the front when closed), which noticeably stabilizes the tabletop. I highly recommend the additional LED light. It significantly improves illumination for video conferences, has a pleasant, natural color temperature, and is also continuously dimmable. Excellent! To Monta

Von der Bestellung, über die Kommunikation bis zur Lieferung ist hier alles absolut top. Das es bis zur Lieferung ein paar Wochen dauern kann ist normal und der Einzelanfertigung auf Bestellung geschuldet. Das Warten wird mit einem handwerklich höchst präzise gefertigten, absolut hochwertigen, durchaus massiven Möbel belohnt. Für die Hängemechanik werden zwei grundsolide, in Deutschland gefertigte Gasdruckdämpfer verbaut. Zusätzlich wird die Last über die unteren Gelenke an eine überstehende MDF-Lippe (der Vorderseite im geschlossenen Zustand) übertragen, was die Tischfläche spürbar stabilisiert. Das zusätzliche LED-Licht kann ich sehr empfehlen. I don’t have pictures yet, I’m hoping Etsy will let me add them later. Just installed over the weekend. Others were correct in their assessment of great shipping. I was concerned at first b/c in the U.S. they use FedEx and our local FedEx is horrible. But b/c of their EXCELLENT packaging it made it here with no damage. Big box stores haven’t stood a chance against our local FedEx so I was amazed with that alone! Quality is excellent and everything was well thought out. My only regret is that I didn’t order the one with the lights. I got nervous so went with simplicity. If you’re on the fence, do it. You won’t regret this one-of-a-kind purchase.

I am very pleased with the product itself. It is well-made and installation was easy. I would highly recommend this desk chair. My only concern was that a few weeks after arrival of the product, I received shipping invoices from FedEx to pay additional and fairly high duty fees. I did not see anything on the seller's posting to indicate that duty taxes would be placed on the buyer. I will make sure to inquire about this going forward when purchasing from a seller outside of the United States, but it would have been nice to have the information prior to purchasing.

What a well thought-out product! It is exactly as described, every dimension, the hanging kit, the LED lights, the hinges...it's absolutely perfect! I did have to wait a good while for it to arrive, probably 5 weeks and had to pay import fees after receiving. But I'd do it again.
