Package was shipped, received in a timely fashion, no damage to the outer package and was packed in a tight inner package for added protection. The wine glass is an XL wine glass that will hold a full bottle of wine and the lettering looks very good, excellent handy work. My wife enjoys the product very much, plus the product that is associated with it.

One of the two glasses I ordered was shattered when it got delivered. Brittany was amazing at replacing it without an issue and so apologetic. Very easy and nice to work with!
