Crafting has always been a passion but it was my daughter's 'cat bow' obsession that really lit the Bitty Bow Shop fire. My daughter was born with lots of hair but I found that finding a quality hair bow was actually quite difficult and there was clearly a gap in the market. This lead me to start searching for quality materials and start my adventure here on Etsy.
The ultimate joy for me is to see one of my creations on others. My mission really is to make every little (and big) girl feel special. I love to see our little ones making the most of themselves by wearing cute accessories. It gives them confidence and makes them feel special. I simply love sharing my creative talents and love hearing back from customers. My motivation is most definitely the response I get from friends, family and frequently returning customers.
Bitty Bows Shop offers quality hair accessories but at affordable prices. I do not believe that for our children to look stylish, it needs to break the bank. Small touches can often make the biggest difference. I want my customers to enjoy the purchasing process as much as I enjoy designing and making the hair bows.
Quality is definitely always at the top of the agenda and all my felt bows are made from merino wool, one of the softest and best quality wools available. This felt is naturally water resistant and fire resistant. Nature is really quite amazing. This felt takes dyes well so the color is always rich and saturated. It's also biodegradable and eco-friendly as well as 100% certified safe for skin, even for babies. I really believe that this quality shows in the finished results.
I do have a full time job but this is my full time love! Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and making you happy, makes me happy. I only hope my smile is contagious...
