My name is Alice and I’m a fashion designer and tailor based in Poland. I work as freelancer making sewing patterns, tech packs and clothing visualizations.

This is my art project which I continue for over 10 years now. Black Batcave is made for brave, original people who seek for comfortable clothes in alternative vibe.

Clothes listed in the store is one thing, but You can always ask me for special commission. I make most of clothing types, excluding sewing from leather and thick wool. Most of my works can be divides in those categories:
- lingerie
- accessories such as harnesses or gloves
- casual wear
- outerwear
- backpacks and purses
- costumes and cosplay

I make most of my orders through Etsy as it is safe for my customers and for me.

I start counting time after receiving a payment notification. Time which I need to prepare regular order is 3-5 days. I will sent You info when the item took more time to make. As it comes to special orders, it usually takes 3-5 weeks depending of components shipping.

I ship with Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska) to Poland and Europe countries. I takes around 1-2 weeks to deliver.
To US/Canada I ship with DHL. This option takes 3-5 DAYS to deliver.
Time of delivery can be longer depending of Christmas, Black Friday, Halloween and other holidays. Please check out Your shipment status if You’re in a hurry.
Also, I can ship You order with fast courier to European Union (3-5 days), contact with me to unlock this option.

I always sent You tracking number. You can find it on email (try to check out SPAM) or on Your Etsy account in “purchases and reviews” section.

I will sent You short caring instruction with Your order. Usually I use similar fabrics, so they will be washed in the same way.

On Your Etsy account in “purchases and reviews” section. You can write something about quality, contact with seller or delivery, of course if You want. I am a 5-star seller trying my best to stay on this level, so it’s always rewarding for me when I see Your beautiful pictures in my designs.

First of all, contact me before You’ll click anything on Etsy. It’s always better to sort thing out. Items can be returned if it doesn’t fit You or if You spotted mistake in the sewing process. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery time.
Items that can’t be returned of changed:
- special orders
- items on sale
- lingerie
- items destroyed by buyer
If the item have been shipped and You changed Your mind, You can make a return by sending it back to me. Unfortunately in this case I won’t be able to return You shipping cost.
If the item was destroyed by shipping company, I need to see a sealed package on the photo. Then we can make a complaint to shipping carrier.
