For domestic orders:
#1 = USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business day transit time)—the most cost-efficient method. Includes insurance up to $100.
#2 = USPS Priority Mail—several dollars more than Ground Advantage but has a transit time of only 1-3 business days. Includes insurance up to $100.
#3 = USPS Priority Express—most expensive of all shipping services but also the very quickest (transit time of 1-2 business days). Includes insurance up to $100.

Before placing an order, please ensure that the address you have provided is 100% correct and confirmed by USPS. If you have an unconfirmed address on file, I will contact you to confirm it, but if I do not hear back, I will be forced to ship your order to whichever address you entered. However, I really don't like to do this because I want you to receive your item on time. If your address is unconfirmed, I cannot guarantee that you will receive your order on time (or at all), and I will not be held responsible for wherever your package ends up.

I spend a lot of time packaging each one of my items with the utmost care. I use lots and lots of bubble wrap and high-quality packaging materials to cushion all items. I have never had an item be completely broken in transit, but there is a first time for everything. If you receive an item that is damaged, please message me. Your item will be insured for up to $100 if you utilized Ground Advantage, Priority, or Priority Express. Unfortunately, any packages sent via Parcel Select do not come with insurance.

* Custom orders are always greatly welcomed. One of the things that I like most about what I do is taking a customer's idea and churning out something custom, novel, and beautiful. To request any custom order, simply message me with your idea, and I will work with you to create something for you that cannot be found anywhere else. *
* If you would like a certain item to be personalized, please message me before placing an order to inquire as to whether or not said item can be personalized. If it can, please provide correct details because I copy+paste personalizations directly from messages—thus, if you message me an incorrect personalization, it will be incorrect on the item you eventually purchase. *

Because I pride myself on being able to make and ship your order as soon as humanly possible, I only allow cancellations within one hour of placing said order because, chances are, I probably have already started creating your item(s). I know mistakes happen once in a while, so if you place an order by accident and message me to request a cancellation within one hour, then I will grant you a full refund. But please do not make a habit of doing this.

At this time, I do not offer returns nor exchanges on any of the items in my shop. I used to, but it ended up hurting me financially as I am an extremely small business, so I can no longer. However, if you have any problems or issues whatsoever, please contact me ASAP, and I will always work with you until you are satisfied with the outcome.

Because most of my items are one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer them in wholesale amounts. However, for the reproduceable items, I can usually offer a slight discount for items that are purchased in larger quantities than 10. However, please understand that all wholesale purchases will take much longer to make and ship than items ordered individually.

Where applicable, the size/dimensions of all my items are listed in the description of each listing. But if you have any other questions regarding the exact size or want pictures of the item for sizing comparison, please message me before placing your order. I will not be held liable and do not offer exchanges nor returns for purchased items that end up being a different size than what you had anticipated. So please read the description carefully to ensure that what you receive meets your expectations.
