*We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We also do not allow order cancellations.

*If you have an issue with an order, you must contact us within three days of receiving the order to discuss the problem, and include at least one photo with your message so that we can assess the problem.

*We measure items very carefully and try to be as accurate as possible. Every so often, however, we make a mistake. If you believe a measurement is incorrect, please measure it with a soft, sewing tape measure in the manner described on bottom of our shop page. We will not accept a return on a garment that does not fit, and if we receive the item and the measurements are correct, we will not offer a refund.

If you have questions about the care for a particular garment or item, please ask prior to purchase.

*Etsy combines shipping in your cart. We refund any overage of more than $2 when we print postage.

*Please do not ask for a discount on shipping.

*We use the most affordable shipping method possible (i.e. USPS First Class on orders under one pound), unless you ask for upgraded shipping prior to purchase.

*Shipping estimates are on every listing page, and provided to you in the email you receive from Etsy when you make your purchase, and on the Purchases and Reviews menu on the homepage.

*We ship orders within 3-5 business days. If you need something expedited, ask prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate a faster ship time. We cannot add additional postage costs after purchase.

*We ship purchases in order of receipt.
