For the orders that include special custom engraving, your order will be shipped AFTER the item(s) have been manufactured which takes some additional days. Some exceptions may apply. No refund or replacement offered for Custom Made orders. You may ask us for FREE logo / name on blade.

All of my items are Handmade so a little size difference may happens. (Not always). But, I always try my best for exact sizing and measurements and minimum errors.

When you place an order with WhitetailKnivesAU, you'll receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process. Your actual date of delivery will depend on knife work. Keep in mind that on occasion bad weather and unwanted delays can slow down delivery. I try my best to deliver your order at earliest as estimated.

Please note that due to events & celeberations or high volume orders days (specially in winters, when warehouses are full or have waiting days) I get help shipping some of orders from Asia warehouses. But be 100% assure that you will get what you order for, I only use overseas warehouse services but it won't affect general shipping charges etc.

Generally there are no customs & duties applicable. If applicable in some regions, the seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are at the buyer expense.
For example, if local Customs don't pass the parcel, the customer pays for shipping back(to seller) and the seller refund money minus shipping cost for both directions and any additional Customs taxes.

Take well care of the knives.
1: Keep knives away from the children's reach at all times.
2: Do not attempt to open cans or other objects.
3: Do not keep it in moisture.
4: Always do oiling after using them to avoid rust.
5: Keep your knives clean to prevent contamination.
6: Keep the knives dry after each cleaning.
7: Knives are sharp, must be placed at suitable places
8: We don’t sell knives and blades to the under 18.

1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason based on our fault, we return only 80% (due to not refundable commissions by marketplace)
2. Refund will be made only after we getting my item back
3. No refunds for Personalized Order, Custom Orders, please. Because they're specially made for you.
4. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
5. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
6. When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances. All shipping costs are always on the buyer.
