Frequently asked questions

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do! If you have a specific design or customization in mind, feel free to message us. We’ll discuss your idea and work together to create something unique for you.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Most items are ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the design. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

What materials do you use for your blades?

We use high-quality steel, such as Damascus and stainless steel, combined with durable materials for handles, including wood, micarta, and resin.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Customs fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we do! Please reach out to us for details on pricing, lead times, and customizations for bulk or wholesale orders.

Is your shipping address in a remote area?

We primarily use DHL for shipping our items. While we offer free shipping on most orders, DHL considers certain locations as remote and may have difficulty delivering there. In such cases, an additional charge is required, as we cannot cover these extra costs on top of the free shipping we provide. If you’re unsure whether your location is considered remote, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How to take care of the Items?

1. Oil the Blade After Every Use

After using your sword, gently wipe the blade with a soft cloth and apply a light coat of mineral oil. This helps protect the steel from moisture and prevents rust.

2. Avoid Using Water

Do not wash the blade with water, as carbon steel can rust easily. Instead, clean it with a dry or lightly oiled cloth.

3. Don’t Store in the Sheath Long-Term

Leather sheaths can hold moisture, which may cause rust over time.

If you must store the sword in the sheath for a long period:

. First, apply mineral oil on the blade

. Then wrap the blade in plastic wrap (airtight) before placing it in the sheath
