I don't see the SVG file in the zip folder. Where is it?
It's there. There are 4 files--SVG, PNG, EPS, and DXF. My SVGs always have an Internet Explorer icon. It just depends on your computer's settings. The SVG could also appear as an HTML file. But once opened in your cutting software, it will be a ready to cut SVG file.
The file is not opening correctly in my software??
If you have Silhouette Studio, you will need to upgrade to the Designer Edition in order to open and use SVGs. If you do not want to upgrade and have the basic edition, you may use the DXF file, although they are more difficult to work with.
If you have Cricut Design Space, double check that you have the SVG file open. The PNG will open, but it will not be able to cut. If you are trying to send the file to cut and it isn’t working, then you will need to go back and upload the SVG file.

If that still doesn't fix the problem, update your software before re-downloading the file.
Can I sell items with the design?
Absolutely! Any small craft business may have unlimited use of the design as long as the end item is tangible such as on tees, cups, etc. No using the designs for selling with print on demand companies---Printful, Printify, Zazzle, Amazon, just to name a few. Transfers may be sold with the purchase of the Transfer License for screen print and sublimation. License may be found here:

Where is my download? I can't find it.
You can find your download links under your account under purchases. If you don’t see them, then you checked out as a guest and were not logged into your Etsy account at the time of purchase. Etsy sends an email with the download links to the email you used to checkout or to your Paypal email if that is how you paid. Always check other folders in your email such as “social” and “promotions” tabs if you have gmail. Also, check spam. You can also use the search bar in your email to search “Etsy Transactions”. That is who the email will be from with your download info. Please keep in mind that Etsy transactions can take a while to process. If you don’t see the email immediately, continue checking. It will be there soon.
Do you take custom orders or make changes to a design?

I can't open the zip file.
Double click on the downloaded zip file. Right click on the SVG file, click copy. Create a new folder on your computer for SVG files. Open that folder, right click, then paste. The SVG file will now be in that folder and is ready to be opened inside your cutting software.
Or another option is to right click and use Extract all. Then it will ask you to save in another location on your computer.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no refunds. The download is automatically available after purchase so there is no way to return it. If you happen to purchase twice by mistake, you may choose:
1. to be issued a credit for more designs of the same value OR
2. issued a refund
