WHAT TYPES OF CARDS DO YOU SELL?
We have two different types of cards: TEMPLATES (instant download) and CUSTOMIZED cards.
Most of our cards are CUSTOMIZED cards.
Cards that are less than $5 are templates and you can edit them yourself. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to edit, save, and print the files. Adobe Reader is FREE and can be downloaded here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
For all other invitations that are more than $5, you will need to provide us the information and we will customize it for you.
FOR CUSTOMIZED FILES, we have TWO options:
- 1) Digital files
OR
- 2) Printed files
HOW DO I SEND YOU THE INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMIZED FILES?
Include relevant event info in the "note to seller" during checkout. Please follow the format shown on sample as closely as possible. Missing / incomplete information will delay your proof. Please be thorough.
If your order includes pictures, please send us a convo and attach the picture in there. Or, you can email the picture to blesseddaypaper@gmail.com.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
The proof will be sent to your Etsy inbox via "convo" AND to your personal email within 24 hours.
Printed files will be mailed within 2-3 business days.
WHAT FORMATS ARE THE FILES?
For customized files, you will receive both JPG and PDF files.
CAN YOU REVISE THE CARD AFTER PURCHASING?
Yes, we will make an UNLIMITED number revisions until the card is completely perfect and you're 100% satisfied. There is NO additional charge.
CAN YOU CHANGE THE FONTS AND COLORS OF THE INVITATION?
Yes, all of our invitations are completely customizable. So, you can change anything that you want, including the wording, colors, fonts, organization, etc.
FOR CUSTOMIZED DIGITAL FILES, CAN YOU CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE FILE?
Yes, for customized digital file option, we can change the size to any size that you want.
FOR PRINTED FILES, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Once you approve your file, we will send it to the printing departments and will be shipped within 2 business days. You will then receive your order within 3-5 business days.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF PRINTED INVITATIONS?
The size of printed invitations is 5"x7".
FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS, ARE THE ENVELOPES INCLUDED?
YES. For printed invitations, white envelopes are included at no extra charge.
