Unprofessional for cancelling/refunding my order without contacting me first to see if I (the buyer) still wanted the item I ordered a month ago. I'm just relieved I had ordered an identical item from another, more organized seller and received it in a timely manner for my photo session. As a business owner myself I understand things come up, but taking your anger and frustration out on your buyers is not a smart business move at all. I'm sure we will be seeing a lot more one stars in the future for this seller. Buyers be smart, and beware. You probably have a 50/50 chance of even receiving your item, & God forbid you question her about the item or are required to open a case through etsy.

I am very surprised by this, as you opened a case in less than a week after ordering without even sending me a message. I replied with a photo of my shop policies (items are not RTS), and you did not respond. You then escalated it, so that is why I refunded you.

1 out of 5 starsThis is what the seller said to me after I have waited over a month for my orders... Getting them to you by that date would not be a problem. However, I fail to see that it's such a horrible experience with the date being two weeks away. I do not have negative feedback, so I'd prefer to refund you than put more money and time into this only for you to leave me unjust feedback. I'll start the process today. And this... You ordered the first one one month ago today. The beauty of this hobby is that I don't have to deal with unreasonable people if I choose not to. I offered to get the items back out to you in time at my own loss, but you were not going to be satisfied with that regardless. That's unfortunate. ...all I asked is that I get my items before baby shower and the I get them as they are shown is the picture.

The actual message before her insults began: My apologies; your order was to be handled by my assistant, as I recently went back to work outside the home. She has been in charge of the emails but did not check them as often as she should have. Her claim is that she sent them out already, but she did not get a tracking number. I feel responsible for not training her more thoroughly, so I will remake them myself. Is it ok if the cream is fabric instead of burlap? It aggravates my allergies. ;) If not, that is fine! To answer your question though, all sellers have a different shipping time, which is usually listed in the shop announcements or policies page. This should've been out in 10-15 business days. Thank you for your patience, and I am sorry for the delay. Kerry
