Thank you so much for visiting my shop where I carry all things sparkly, lots of fake sprinkles, tons of kawaii, slime supplies, and so much more. I do my best to offer low competive prices, and I always ship orders fast. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, and I will do my best to help. Please note that all quantity of pieces listed within each item in the listing is noted to the best of our ability , but as all are packaged by weight , there may be some variations from pack to pack . I do my best to take high quality pictures, but on occassion colors appear different from monitor to monitor and sometimes cameras don't capture the exact color of an item . Please consider and be aware of this before purchasing as all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. Due to the high volume of orders received on a daily basis, I am unable to add items to an order after the purchase has already been made and am also unable to make changes to an existing order.

Shipping
All orders ship within 1 business day Monday through Friday. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and normally arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Tracking numbers are always provided. Priority mail upgrades and insurance can be purchased for an additional charge. Contact me if you need your items faster. All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with etsy , so please make sure that your address is correct before purchasing as I will not change the address once payment has been made. Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling, which includes the cost of packaging, bubblewrap, labels, printer ink, postage, my time to package items, as well as time spent taking items to post office for drop off. Shipping prices are what is shown before you check out and purchase. No shipping costs will be refunded after purchase. Please be aware that the USPS is advising to expect in some instances longer than ususal delivery times due to COVID. These delays are beyond my control. I always ship within the time frame stated in the listings, but the actual delivery time frame will depend on the postal service. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service. I strongly recommend upgrading to priority shipping at checkout to ensure that your package is insured should any damage occur to your items during transit or should the package become lost. If you have not received your items after 1 month after shipment and you did pay for the priority upgrade , please contact me to let me know so I can begin the process of filing a claim for items lost in the mail.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items marked as delivered by the USPS Postal Service are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate package. Any items that are marked as undeliverable as addressed or are returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please make sure that your order is correct before purchasing as I do not accept cancellation requests.
