Please note that all quantity of pieces listed within each item in the listing is noted to the best of our ability , but as all are packaged by weight and mostly by the manufacturer , there may be some variations from pack to pack . I do my best to take high quality pictures, but on occassion colors appear different from monitor to monitor and sometimes cameras don't capture the exact color of an item . Please consider and be aware of this before purchasing as all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. Due to the high volume of orders received on a daily basis, I am unable to add items to an order after the purchase has already been made and am also unable to make changes to an existing order. If a package becomes lost in transit or damaged during transit, claims will need to be filed through the USPS as we are not personally responsible for items after they have been dropped off at the post office. Please be aware that in most situations the postal service requires that at least 15 days have passed since the mailing date before claims can be filed on their site, and we ask that you cooperate with us during this time and provide us with any proof evidence that may be needed in support of the claim. Claims can sometimes take a month or longer, so please be aware that the amount of time it takes for refunds, etc. will be determined by how long the process takes through USPS.
Items marked as delivered by the USPS Postal Service are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate package. Please make sure that your order is correct before purchasing and submitting your order as I do not accept cancellation requests.
All orders ship within 1 business day Monday through Friday. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and normally arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Tracking numbers are always provided. Priority mail upgrades can be purchased for an additional charge. Contact me if you need your items faster. All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with etsy , so please make sure that your address is correct before purchasing as I will not change the address once payment has been made. Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling, which includes the cost of packaging, bubblewrap, labels, printer ink, postage, my time to package items, as well as time spent taking items to post office for drop off. Shipping prices are what is shown before you check out and purchase. No shipping costs will be refunded after purchase. Please be aware that the USPS is advising to expect in some instances longer than ususal delivery times due to COVID. These delays are beyond my control. I always ship within the time frame stated in the listings, but the actual delivery time frame will depend on the postal service. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service.
PLEASE NOTE::
1. All piece counts are approximate, and most of our rhinestone packs are packaged by the manufactuer with some maybe having a little more and some a little less..
2. With all rhinestones please limit exposure to direct sunlight
3. Since rhinestones are produced at different times by the manufactuer, please be aware that slight color variations can occur from batch to batch as they are produced. Please be aware before purchasing as returns and exchanges are not available.
4. AB coated rhinestones as well as metallic coatings can show more wear over time as their coating can become scratched or wear off over time .
5. On occasion a few damaged or flawed rhinestones may be present in the bags as it's impossible for the manufacturer to sort through each stone to ensure perfection of each rhinestone before packaging. Please be aware of this before purchasing as returns and exchanges are not available.
