The seller doesn’t respond or simply deflects when questioned. Make it make sense. If you're considering purchasing from here, do yourself a favor and go with another seller—you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and frustration.

Yes we are glad you received your product but terribly sorry for the shipping, as of our shipping line was experiencing a big rush during the holiday.
