5 out of 5 starsI purchased this beautiful journal with the matching color changing mug for a friend who has planned a vacation to see the Northern Lights. I thought they would make the perfect birthday gifts. The quality of both are excellent and so was the cost. The vendor Annie is as nice as can be and notified me more than once to update me on production and shipping. When I had a question she answered super fast and was as helpful as can be. I am really excited to give these to my friend.

5 out of 5 starsIf you are Alaskan ( or even if you’re not) these mugs make fantastic gifts for friends and family in the lower 48!! Check with Annie about having them shipped direct!! Definitely leaving a 5 star- problem with the selection process- it submitted a 1 when I tapped on it.

Frequently asked questions
How do returns work?
If you receive your product and wish to have a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of product delivery and ship the item back within 30 days of product delivery. I will not finalize the refund until the product has returned back to me, so if you shipped the product, you will not be refunded until it has reached me. Once it has done so, I will immediately refund you for the product if the product has not been damaged on your side. If the mug was damaged due to shipping issues, then you will still be refunded. If, however, the product was damaged before returning it, then 10% of the refund price will not be refunded.
Do you refund on shipping prices?
No. If you order a product and wish to return it and receive a refund, I will not refund shipping costs. So if you order a $10 product with $4.99 shipping, once the product has reached me, I will refund you $10, not $14.99.
Custom and personalized orders
For Custom orders, send me a message describing your design or text that you want on a product that you see on my store. For example, if you want a family's name on a Pewter Ornament with text, send me a message explaining which ornament, text, and the font (choose the font, or I will send a couple suggestions). I will do my best to bring your design to life! At present, I am not accepting custom orders with photos.
For Personalized orders, enter in the name you want into the box/ and the background color/pattern. It is recommended that you send me an Etsy message describing your requested personalization details so that I can make sure the design is exactly as you want it!
**NOTE: Foul language is not acceptable!**
Request Custom Orders Fee
For requested customized orders, they incur an additional $3.00 fee due to the increase in design time and expenses.
Are kiss-cut stickers waterproof?
No, the kiss-cut stickers are unfortunately not waterproof or water resistant. If you would like a die-cut sticker (which is both waterproof and water resistant) then you can message me, and I will get a listing made for you for that design. If you would like a die-cut magnet, that is also an option.
Can mugs come in bigger sizes?
Some mugs are available in larger sizes, so if you are wondering if a mug you like can be sized up (or down!) feel free to ask!
Most pink, red, and black accent mugs can come in 11oz and 15oz sizes.
The green accent mugs cannot come in 15oz and can only come in 11oz.
The blue and navy mugs can come in an 11oz or 15oz size, although the 15oz blue mug is a lighter blue than the 11oz blue mug.
Solid white mugs can come in 11oz to 20oz sizes, and black mugs can come in 11oz to 15oz.
Please be aware that moving up a size (or two!) will increase price and shipping costs.
Custom and personalized orders
Once a custom order, either digital or physical, has reached seven days in design work and tweaking, the order has to be decided by the eighth day and finished. This is determined by the number of days that is taken deciding on tweaks and edits for a product. Once the design requests for a product has reached the eighth day, all design work will close for sale, unless a later deadline is agreed upon.
Also, once a design has reached a certain number of edits, any additional edits will add $0.50 per additional edit, unless otherwise stated.
What about large orders?
For large orders (10+ items, excluding stickers), I may have to adjust the processing and printing times by an additional 5 days. For most large orders, I will not have to increase handling and printing time, but if I do need to increase the time, I will let you know. Please be aware that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do affect processing times. If you have any further questions about this and want to know if your large order's processing time would need to be extended, feel free to contact me, and I will calculate it for you and let you know right away!
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are by request only. I retain the right to refuse your requested project on the basis of morality, personal beliefs, or contradiction to my business. I also retain the right to refuse service to anyone when necessary.
What color mugs do you have?
I presently offer 11oz mugs in white, solid black, red accent, blue accent, navy accent, green accent, pink accent, and black accent. I offer 15oz mugs in white, solid black, red accent, blue accent, navy accent, pink accent, and black accent. I am presently working on expanding my mug colors, so please feel free to send me a message asking if I have your requested accent color available.
