Custom and personalized orders
I'm afraid customized items, when it comes to adaptions in size and slight changes in the model, cannot be returned except if the item has arrived damaged. I will ask for photos of the damaged item before I reimburse.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Because I try to reduce waste, your purchase will not be wrapped. I ship in compostable bags or used carton boxes. If you ordered an item in white linen, or undergarment, I will wrap it in tissue paper.
If your order is a gift, I'd be happy to wrap it in wrapping paper. There is a possibility to choose wrapping paper and a gift message during checkout.
Sizing details
Most important in the pinafore aprons, is the bust size. Please choose that carefully. If purchased a bit too small, the apron will feel uncomfortable under the arms.
Shipping
Your purchase will ship with French priority mail with tracking and will usually arrive within 6 to 21 working days depending on where you are in the world, and on holidays seasons. Border issues can slow delivery down to sometimes 5 weeks. It is rare but important to mention.
Returns
Everything in my shop is handmade by me. Please consider this before purchase.
If the purchased item doesn't fit, you can either return it or exchange it. Please contact me so I know a return will be coming my way.
The shipping costs for returns are on your account. Please ship the item with care and if possible in its original package.
When I have received your return, I will contact you to let you know and reimburse you the full amount of your purchase and shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, the shipping costs for the return to me will be for you, the shipping costs for the new item shipped your way, will be on my account.
I can't accept returns for customized items and nightwear.
