I had been living in Hawaii and found the natural beauty to be very inspiring. I took an interest in screen printing to be able to reproduce the images that I created. The first time that I attempted to sell my screen prints was in Brooklyn, NYC after returning from an extended trip throughout South America. It was there that I really felt inspired to follow my creative dream. I sold a bunch of my designs in Brooklyn and that's where Blonde Peacock was born.

All of my designs are from photos or items that I have collected on various adventures, both locally and internationally. I am inspired by the imperfections and beauty of nature, so that shows up alot in my designs.

I also try to be as eco-friendly as possible, by using local suppliers, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, water based inks, the sun to burn my screens, recycled paper and limited packaging when shipping my items.

I really love what I do because it gives me freedom, to create and travel. I would also like to think that in some small way it may also inspire someone else to pursue their dreams.
