The Summer Cook Book is one of my best finds on Etsy. It is an absolute wealth of heathy delicious culinary knowledge,and craft. The dishes I have tried are as tantalizing to the taste buds as they are dazzling to the eyes. A real treat for all the senses. The recipes are clear and easy to follow, really makes heathy eating a pleasure with these clean fresh dishes. Truly a wellspring of value.
