Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process.
How far in advance can I order? Will the flowers still look good a year from now?
Since we work with dried/preserved/faux florals our arrangements are everlasting. You can feel confident ordering far in advance of your big day! Please note that they should be stored in a dry space and avoid getting in touch with water.
Do you offer rush shipping?
If you need your order sooner than our regular turnaround time, please contact us and we will look into having your order rushed at a small additional fee, or we can give you an idea what express shipping might cost to your location.
Do you accept custom orders?
We are happy to accept custom orders! Feel free to send us a message with your requests or inspiration photos, and we'll make it happen :)
