I´m a graphic designer and illustrator with a passion for Illustration and crafts. Some time ago I decided to combine my two passions and that´s how Blooma Studio was born.
★ BLOOMA STUDIO SHOP POLICIES (LICENSES AND RULES) ★

• NON-PROFIT/PERSONAL USE: you can use Blooma Studio graphics for personal projects as long as no money is made.
• COMMERCIAL USE: if you intend to use Blooma graphics to create a commercial product to sell, then you can go with any of the 10 options below:
1 - COMMERCIAL CREDIT REQUIRED: with any purchase of a Blooma Studio product you have to link back to my shop: etsy.com/shop/BloomaStudio. This link has to be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed.
How should you give credit?
E.g: “graphics by Blooma Studio” or “pattern by Blooma Studio” or “clipart by Blooma Studio” or “some images/graphics by Blooma Studio”. Any of these options are acceptable as long as it includes a clickable link back to Blooma Studio Etsy shop.
2 - NO CREDIT COMMERCIAL LICENSE: if you want to buy Blooma Studio graphics but are unable, or simply do not wish to put Blooma Studio´s name or link anywhere then you have to purchase the NO CREDIT commercial license. It gives you the right to use my products without communicating that you use my products.
This license ALLOWS LOW VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: UP TO 5,000 UNITS of 1 (ONE) SINGLE Blooma Studio PRODUCT.
*This license does not cover Blooma Studio Cut files.
3 - NO CREDIT and UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows commercial use without giving credit back to Blooma Studio.
This license ALLOWS MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: UP TO 5,000 UNITS per Blooma Studio product, and of ALL Blooma Studio PRODUCTS (FULL STORE COVERAGE).
*This license does not cover Blooma Studio Cut files.
4 - EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows commercial use without giving credit back to Blooma Studio.
This license ALLOWS MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: UP TO 250,000 UNITS of 1 (ONE) SINGLE Blooma Studio PRODUCT.
*This license does not cover Blooma Studio Cut files.
5 - EXTENDED and UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows commercial use without giving credit back to Blooma Studio.
This license ALLOWS MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: UP TO 250,000 UNITS per product, of ALL Blooma Studio PRODUCTS (FULL STORE COVERAGE).
*This license does not cover Blooma Studio Cut files.
6 - FABRIC - NO CREDIT, EXTENDED and UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows commercial use without giving credit back to Blooma Studio.
This license ALLOWS MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: FROM 20 YARDS and UP TO 2,000 YARDS per product, of ALL Blooma Studio PRODUCTS (FULL STORE COVERAGE).
*This license does not cover Blooma Studio Cut files.
7 - CUT FILES for PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows the commercial use of Blooma Studio Cut files for the production of ONLY PHYSICAL COMMERCIAL END PRODUCTS (tangible objects) and not digital ones. This license ALLOWS SMALL, MEDIUM and HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION/SALES. No number of sales or final products is limited. This means you can produce as many physical end products as you want. And sell them indefinitely too.
8 - CUT FILE BUNDLES for PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows the commercial use of Blooma Studio Cut files for the production of ONLY PHYSICAL COMMERCIAL END PRODUCTS (tangible objects) and not digital ones. This license ALLOWS SMALL, MEDIUM and HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION/SALES. No number of sales or final products is limited. This means you can produce as many physical end products as you want. And sell them indefinitely too.
9 - CUT FILES for DIGITAL END PRODUCTS COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows the commercial use of Blooma Studio Cut files for the production of DIGITAL COMMERCIAL END PRODUCTS. This license ALLOWS SMALL, MEDIUM and HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION/SALES. No number of sales or final products is limited. This means you can produce as many digital end products as you want. And sell them indefinitely too.
10 - CUT FILE BUNDLES for DIGITAL END PRODUCTS COMMERCIAL LICENSE: it allows the commercial use of Blooma Studio Cut files for the production of DIGITAL COMMERCIAL END PRODUCTS. This license ALLOWS SMALL, MEDIUM and HIGH VOLUME COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION/SALES. No number of sales or final products is limited. This means you can produce as many digital end products as you want. And sell them indefinitely too.
WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED (✔) AND NOT ALLOWED (✘) TO DO

• DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS: you can use all Blooma Studio graphics for your personal projects. But you can not sell the cliparts, cut files, stickers or digital papers in commercial Scrapbook kits even if the graphics have been previously altered.
• EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS: you can use Blooma Studio products personally. And commercially too, but only if the file is sold in a pattern format (DST, EXP, JEF, PES, VP3, HUS, etc) and not as it was originally designed (original file formats).
• CUT FILE DESIGNERS: Several Blooma Studio products allow the production of commercial Digital Cut Files. But, this kind of commercial use requires a commercial license which comes with the following conditions: the digital END PRODUCT CANNOT BE an EQUAL or SIMILAR VERSION of the original Blooma Studio´s cut file product. The END PRODUCT MUST BE FULLY CUSTOMIZED or SUBSTANTIALLY ALTERED. Adding a pattern, fill or just changing colors is NOT ENOUGH. YOU CANNOT SELL the graphics as BLANK TEMPLATES to be customized by your client.
• DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS: you can use Blooma Studio cliparts for personal or commercial use. But, you must add enough of your own design elements to make a new design (changing only the color is not enough). This includes any type of digital graphics whether printable or not.
Files must be personalized for your customer and sold as a flattened JPG or PDF files. You can not sell the graphics as blank templates to be customized by your client. All digital products must be personalized/customized by you and sent to a specific customer as JPG or PDF format.
• PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS: you can use Blooma Studio cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print anything you want but if it´s going to be for commercial use, you must buy the Blooma Studio commercial license that suits your commercial project. You are also allowed to create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Etsy or in your own shop.
• LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS: you can use Blooma Studio cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logos and web designs to sell. For logo design you can not use the cliparts as part of the design as it was originally designed by Blooma Studio. You can not sell graphics as a Isotype (Logo) unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and can not be extracted.
• DIGITAL (PRINTABLES): you must add a background or images of your own design along with Blooma Studio art so that it can not be extractable by the customer. Files must be flattened and ENOUGH OF YOUR OWN DESIGN must be added so that the final result qualifies as an original design. Simple collage sheets ARE NOT ALLOWED. Do not sell my artwork as layered files. Files must be sold as flattened JPG or PDF files. You can not just paste Blooma Studio images on a white page as this allows customers to copy and paste in any application and have access to the original art. This rule also applies to stickers, party printables, planner accessories, and colouring pages.
• FABRIC DESIGNERS: if it is for commercial use and more than 20 yards of printed fabric, you must purchase the FABRIC - NO CREDIT, EXPANDED and UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
• RIBBON DESIGNERS: if it is for commercial use and more than 20 yards of printed fabric, you must purchase the FABRIC - NO CREDIT, EXPANDED and UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
• TEACHERS, EDUCATORS: you can use Blooma Studio products personally or commercially (Teachers Pay Teachers) as long as you create a substantially different and new product with them (and the new product is not a CUT FILE). You must credit Blooma Studio with a clickable link that´s included in your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. You can not share my graphics for free.
• MOBILE APPS: you can use Blooma Studio cliparts for personal or commercial use. You must credit Blooma Studio with a link or purchase the Blooma Studio commercial license that suits your commercial project. You must make sure that my artwork is not extractable. Blooma Studio art must be part of a design and not sold as it was originally designed, or be downloadable as an image.
***KEEP IN MIND: if you do not purchase one of the commercial licenses and buy Blooma Studio products as is, personally or commercially, then you have to link back to my shop in your listing, blog, website or somehow putting Blooma Studio´s name on your printed products***

✘ You are not allowed to sell Blooma Studio graphics as they were originally designed and claim as your own. All copyrights remain with Blooma Studio.
✘ MASS PRODUCTION that EXCEEDS the commercial production volume allowed by Blooma Studio commercial licenses. If you can´t find a commercial license that suits your commercial project, get in touch with Blooma Studio for a special commercial license.
✘ You are not allowed to sell Blooma Studio designs as they were originally designed or altered as cliparts, digital papers packs , stickers sheets or scrapbook kits.
✘ You are not allowed to share Blooma Studio graphics for free even if it is for personal use.
✘ You are not allowed to use Blooma Studio graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. E.g: do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a download shop who is in direct competition with Blooma Studio.

Why, even though I was able to download my order, I can´t open my files?
Before being able to open and use your files, you have to unzip or extract them from the .ZIP folder the files come in.
In order to unzip or extract the files, you will need an extraction program. I recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are trying to unizp or extract your files from an iphone or ipad then you will need a free third party app to open .ZIP documents such as Winzip or izip.
Why does my download says it’s damaged, corrupt, empty or password protected?
It´s probably because your product didn’t download properly. In that case, please delete the .ZIP file from your computer and empty your recycle bin as well. Also, clear your temporary internet files and try again. If you still have problems downloading the files please convo me.
Why does some Cliparts have a white background behind or look with a black background/blank in the thumbnails?
All my cliparts come with, at least, two versions of each clipart image: a JPG and a PNG format (most sets also include an EPS version). If you have opened your clipart in your program and it has a white background, that´s because you are using the JPG file. The PNG file has a transparent background behind your clipart.
If a clipart color is white then the PNG version of the file will look blank in the thumbnail (preview image), once you open it with a program you will see the white clipart on a transparent background. Sometimes the PNG files look like they have a black background (in the thumbnail/preview image). But again, once you open it with a program you will see the white clipart on a transparent background.
What file types and sizes do your Digital papers come in?
All my Digital papers are TILEABLE and come in separate 12"x12" JPG files (at 300 dpi) and in separate EPS files as well. Each EPS file (fully EDITABLE vector file) includes a tile with the original pattern and a swatch that´s ready to use.
What file types and sizes do your Cliparts come in?
All my Cliparts come together in separate files and in 3 formats: JPG, PNG and EPS. (only a few of my Cliparts sets come in just JPG and PNG).
The JPG and PNG files are at 300 dpi. The JPG files have white background and the PNG files have transparent background.
The cliparts sizes varies, they are not all the same. In the JPG and PNG version, the sizes of the cliparts of each set remain unequal to keep each clipart´s design in proportion to each other. This way you can use them combined with one another.
The JPG and PNG files can be printed in A4 or US Letter sheets (the cliparts aren´t larger than that) and the EPS files can be scaled up or down as much as you want (fully editable vector files, that includes size).
Will I receive a document with my COMMERCIAL LICENSES?
The receipt for your purchase is proof enough of your recently acquired license. But if you want to, you can also download an available JPG file to keep a "digital version" of the license in your computer/phone.
