Each item in our shop is handmade by me, Megan a passionate sewer, wife and mum of 2 young girls who loves her hometown the Sunshine Coast Queensland. From eye pillows, essential oil blends and our kids range. I make each item with my customers in mind.

You will often spot our items at local handmade markets on the Sunshine Coast and we supply to some local gift shops with our range of eye pillows. These have proven so popular that I often have to take orders and make on request.

After your order is received, my priority is to get your items in the post as soon as I can. I precut and embroider your material so this process can be quick for you. Quality is my main goal, so checking each item before it leaves for the post is important to me.

Blooming Healthy started online back in 2014 when I completed qualifications to become a Health & Wellness Coach. I helped others by sharing my own health journey and working with clients to share my knowledge of nutrition and how to achieve a balanced lifestyle.

I had a dream to open a studio so I could hire creative like minded business owners and together run health and creative workshops. In 2018 Blooming Healthy Studio opened its doors for business in Caloundra, Queensland. Making handmade gifts is something that has always been a part of my life so to fill our studio with items for sale brought me so much happiness. Holding macrame and sewing classes are some of my favourite workshops and watching others learn in a creative environment gives me a great sense of satisfaction. Since the Covid-19 virus impacted business owners my studio had to shut the doors and my supplies have come back to where my handicraft started, in the comfort of our family home with the help from my two daughters, who are my best and most honest critics.

People ask what my favourite item is? It would have to be my eye pillows. As a migraine sufferer myself, I started making these pillows many years ago as they help so much. You can place it in the freezer or microwave depending on what feel you are going for. All my friends and family own one and I am so happy to hear they use the pillows all the time for helping ease tension headaches or simply to assist sleep or relaxation.
