Shipping
All packages are shipped from Paris, France, via La Poste. I ship to the address you provide Paypal, so please make sure that address is correct prior to your purchase.
International shipping: Any customs duties, taxes, fees etc. that are charged upon deliver are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via La Poste priority airmail. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me.
All items are sent in a trackable parcel, so you can check the progress of your order. I also choose priority airmail, so that you get your parcel as soon as possible.
As an example, it takes four days for a priority parcel to travel from Paris to Japan.
Every item is sent is a bubble wrap padded enveloppe.
If you receive your item damaged, or if it gets lost in the mail, contact me so that we can work something out. My customer's satisfaction is my priority.
