Custom and personalized orders

Embroidery size is determined by font selection and number of characters in the name or text. Each font is unique and not necessarily comparable in size with one another.

By submitting your order you are confirming the information is complete and correct. Please check all spelling and punctuation before submitting your order. Personalization will be done as you have typed. It is not recommended to use all capital letters for names of phrases with script font, however if that is how the order is submitted then all capital letters will be used. In some cases text will need to be in 2 lines as there is a limit to how small the font size can be made. If a thread color has not been given black or white will be selected at random.

Listing Title / Description

By submitting your order you are confirming you have read the item details in the listing. (ex: dimensions, (OSFM-one size fits most variations), sizes, shape, armholes, wrap etc.) Listing Title may indicate several options as there is a drop down menu to list multiple items and price points as well as color, size, and styles. Item and thread colors vary on individual electronic devises so exact item color match to actual item isn't a guarantee. Due to special finishing process, color and distress vary on pigment dyed items.

Custom and personalized orders

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Custom, Made To Order or Personalized Items. Contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with the item. Non Custom item returns determined on a case by case bases. Shipping fee will not be refunded, and customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Restocking fee for non custom (made to order) and/or non personalized items. This fee will be deducted from the price of the item on the purchase invoice. Refund process will begin once I have received the item back in New, Unused, Clean (no perfume, cigarette, or other odors) condition.

Return To Sender Packages

Refund will not be issued. If USPS sends package back as Return To Sender for any reason, customer is responsible for re ship fee. A link will be set up to purchase this shipping fee. Items that are custom and/or personalized are not eligible for refund. If the item is not custom or personalized a restocking fee will be deducted for the amount of refund if refund is agreed to. See return policy for for details. Restocking Fee applies if refund is agreed to.

Shipping Upgrades and Refunds

Shipping Upgrade is available on most items at checkout. I am not responsible for missed delivery dates by USPS. Customer is responsible for knowing USPS holiday closure schedule. Express Shipping is the only shipping fee available for refund when approved by USPS. I do not monitor express deliveries. I have no control over this. Customers are responsible to contact me within 20 days to let me know a claim with USPS needs filed. Refunds not available for claims filed after USPS deadline.

USPS Delays or Tracking Says Delivered But I Don't Have The Package

I am not responsible for delays by USPS. Refund will not be issued for delays in transit. Could be weather, short staff, miss directed etc. In some instances it is determined at the time of shipping label purchase that USPS may delivery late due to circumstances within USPS. Once a package is marked as delivered Sellers Obligations have been fulfilled. If tracking says the package has been delivered and you can't find it you will need to contact your local post office so they can check their GPS system at a local level that I, nor my local post office have access to. I am happy to make a call to get the inquiry started for you but you will need to follow up as your local post office will not update me.

Purchasing Insurance

Package theft after delivery is a local police matter. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please contact me before your order ships. Insurance Fees Are Non Refundable. Shipsurance is used by etsy so be sure you are aware of the rules and guidelines of coverage implemented by Shipsurance. All decisions on claims filed are made by Shipsurance! Additional information requested for a claim by Shipsurance must be provided for payout. Once USPS posts the package as delivered I am not responsible for missing packages.

Damaged Items

I do my very best to catch manufacturer defects however sometimes they are missed. If your item has a manufacturer defect or has been damaged in transit please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with photos of item damage and packaging. At times caps and other items will leave the manufacturer facility with loose threads in the seams. This is not damaged or defective. Occasionally trimmed embroidery thread will be missed as well. This is not considered damaged or dirty. I do my very best to clean up all I can however threads are sometimes missed. Apparel items will also have fold creases and wrinkles from packing/shipping transit as well. Item prices reflect not being prepared for boutique show room.

Measuring Your Head for UNISEX - ONE SIZE FITS MOST (OSFM) SIZE RANGE

Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head. Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. OSFM SIZE RANGE Smallest circumference 20 5/8" to largest circumference 23". If your head is larger than 23" (which is a size large hat) this hat will not fit you. If the hat fits your head with the bill in the back, it will fit with the bill in the front.

Items Purchased For Embroidery:

Items are purchased (not made by me) for embroidery which is done by me. I do my best to clean up any loose threads or trim any thread tails that have been missed by the manufacturer however some items may get missed. These items are not defective and will not be refunded or exchanged.
