4 out of 5 starsI am very excited to be ordering this brush for my new Granddaughter. The bristles are beautiful and soft and the pale wood is lovely. It's engraved with her name but the double T's on the end of her name, looked a little more like L's. I have been able to use a little shoe polish to make the engraving stand our a little better, which thankfully has worked. I haven't engaged with any contact with the store as it's for a gift on the weekend and I have little option other than to gift it. All things considered, I am sure her parents will love it.

Can you customise or personalise the milestone collections?
Unfortunately we are unable to personalise or add any custom milestones to our collections. Please see the item description for a list of all the included cards.

Unfortunately we are unable to add any custom milestones to our collections. Please see the item description for a list of all the included cards. We are also unable to split up any sets.
Can you personalise the journals?
Unfortunately all of our journals are pre-printed and bound, and are not able to be personalised or customised. This includes edits to the wording as well as additional and/or exclusion of pages and sections. The cover stamping of Hello Little Love and Hello Little Mama also cannot be changed or edited.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. You can also access it by going into your 'Orders' tab on your Etsy profile. You can use this number to track your order.
