When to expect your order to ship
All of our items are printed to order, so please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped.
Expedited Shipping
At this time, I'm not currently offering expedited shipping and order fulfillment, however we'll be working hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible. All US orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with an estimated shipping time of 1-5 business days. For international orders, please message me for estimated shipping times.
If you've received part of your order
For orders that include mugs and apparel items, mugs will be shipped separately. A second tracking number will be sent to you once the second part of your order has shipped.
If your mug arrives damaged
Oh no! Please send me a message along with a photo of the damaged mug, and I will ship out a replacement to you right away.
Return & Exchange Policy
I don't accept returns or exchanges on items because of sizing or general buyers remorse. Please reference the size charts (located in the photo section of each listing) before ordering.
If you receive an item with a defect, I sincerely apologize and would like to make it right. Please send me a photo of the item laid flat (along with any necessary photos of the defect) and I will send you a replacement.
