So I make the things I wish I'd had.
I'm a wife, a mom of seven, and a lifelong teacher. I earned my degree in English Teaching from BYU, and for more than 20 years I've served in Primary, teaching kids and helping families build faith at home. Almost everything in my shop started as something I needed first and couldn't find. That's still my test for every product: would this have saved me on a Saturday night, twenty minutes before I needed it?

Frequently asked questions
Do your files come in the mail?
Most of my products are instant digital downloads, so nothing ships. You download and print at home or at a print shop. The one exception is my custom Missionary Welcome Home Banner, which is printed and mailed to you. Everything else is digital.
What file type and size will I get?
Most printables are PDFs at 8.5 x 11 (some 11 x 8.5). My airport-size missionary signs are 20 x 30 and come as both a PDF and a PNG. Coloring and watercolor pages include both a PDF and a PNG too. Each listing tells you exactly what's included.
Can I get a refund?
Because the digital items are instant downloads, they can't be returned or refunded. The custom banner and personalized pennant banners are made just for you, so they also can't be returned. If anything's wrong with your file or your order, message me and I'll make it right.
How does a personalized item work?
Three of my products are personalized: the Missionary Welcome Home Banner and my two pennant banners. For these, I send a proof to check first. Look over the spelling and details carefully, because once you approve the proof I've started making your custom item, so it can't be cancelled or changed. Give it a good look before you say go.
Can I use these for my class or co-op?
Yes. You're welcome to use these as a teacher, in a Sunday School class, or in a co-op. What you can't do is resell them in any form, share the files, or pass them off as your own. Use them with your kids and your classes all you like.
How do I get my files?
They're delivered instantly. Once your payment goes through, head to your Purchases page on Etsy (or the email Etsy sends) and download from there. The one exception is my custom Missionary Welcome Home Banner, which is printed and mailed to you.
What if I have trouble downloading or printing?
Message me. Truly. I'd much rather help you get it working than have you sit there frustrated. I answer as quickly as I can.
Can I change the colors, wording, or size?
The files come as they are unless the listing says it's editable or personalized. If you need something specific, ask before you buy and I'll tell you what's possible.
