How can I track my order?
Each and every order is assigned with a tracking number and a link (URL) which allows you to comfortably track the entire route of your ornament.
The link to tracking shows you direct location of your package at any time.
Custom and personalized orders
Of course! We can create a personalized ornament just for you. In order to customize your dream ornament, please contact us directly via Etsy messages.
Can the package arrive before the schedule?
Yes! The estimated timeframe includes the potential delays on customs or the plane departure, so it is possible that your ornament will arrive much earlier! Please use the tracking number given to trace your package journey and in case of any questions please feel free to reach out to us! ;)
Can I add name on the ornament?
Yes, please reach out to us and we add the personalization on the ornament
Can I expedite shipping?
Yes, we do offer a express shipping. You can choose either standard shipping or extra charged express shipping with the courier company
What happens if I fail to pickup my package on time?
According to the standard procedure of the local mail services, local delivery courier attempts to deliver your package three times.
If US delivery courier does not meet you at home and does not decide to leave the package at your door, your package is stored in your local postal office for up to 2-3 weeks. After that period, the package is returned to us.
Using your tracking number that we give you upon package dispatch, you can get in touch with your local postal office and confirm whether your ornaments are still there, awaiting your pickup.
If you fail to meet all the above deadlines but still want to pickup your ornament, please contact us directly via Etsy.
What should I do if my ornament arrives damaged?
From the moment you receive the package from the courier, we will give you up to 3 calendar days to report damaged ornaments to us.
To do so, contact us via Etsy and include photos of package and the ornament and a brief description of the nature of the damage.
Once we have successfully processed your report (if we confirm the damage in transit), we will replace the damaged item with a new one or refund the full amount.
If you do not meet the above deadline of 3 calendar days after receiving the package, we will not be able to consider this damage as having occurred during the shipping process. As a result, no refund or return will be issued.
