Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from Denver, Colorado
How long will it take to get my order?
We start processing orders as soon as we receive them but this can take up to 3 days. Once your item has been made, it will be shipped out via the shipping method you selected (SEE BELOW).

These labels are processed through Etsy & provided by Pitney Bowes.
This company DOES NOT use a normal USPS tracking ID.
These labels will provide updates as they move through distribution centers & post offices ONLY.
The current shipping time is 5-14 days.

First Class shipping is available during checkout.
This options is processed with USPS and includes full tracking.
The current shipping time is 1-5 days.
Can I have something custom designed?
Definitely! I can make a variety of custom items, from names and words to a specific design from a photo. You just need to send me a message with what you're looking for and I will work with you until we have the exact design you want.
Do You Accept Refunds?
I do accept refunds on returned products, as long as there was no customization added. I do not accept refunds on any custom cut vinyl. All digital file sales are final once downloaded unless you purchased 2 of the same file by mistake.
If I should make a mistake with your order, then it would be eligible for a refund. Proof of the shipped item would need to be provided.
If your order did not arrive, it has exceeded 30 days and the status is "In Transit"
or “Out For Delivery”, a refund can be issued upon review.
Can I track my order?
When you purchase an item, you can choose standard or priority shipping. Items that are shipped standard will include an Etsy tracking ID. Important note: Etsy's tracking is not a USPS tracking ID and they're shipping only track as the mail moves through distribution centers. Here is the tracking link for the company they use http://tracking.pb.com.
If you chose priority, you will find a tracking number within your order status and can track this through USPS.
Do your digital files include a Commercial License?
Some of my digital designs include Limited Commercial Use. If a design qualifies for a commercial license, this will be marked within the description of the listing. PLEASE VERIFY that the design does qualify before selling.
This license would require you to give me credit and is good for up to 100 units or sales. If you prefer not to give me credit or plan to sell more than 100 items, you can purchase the Extended Commercial License option.

Order Issues / Customer Non-Reply
Please note: If there is an error with your order I will make up to 3 attempts to contact you to rectify the issue. I will hold the order for up to 10 days but if I do not get a reply to my messages, the order will be cancelled and refunded after the 10 day period.
Says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it
It is possible that it's still on the way but just delayed in transit, the postal service can be pretty unreliable these days. Here are some other things you can do to locate it:
- Allow 3-5 more days after the package is marked "delivered". Sometimes USPS marks these upon receiving it, not when it's actually delivered
- Check your home surroundings
- if you're in an apartment, check the main office
- Contact your local USPS post office
- Submit a missing mail search request through your local USPS
- Check with a neighbor to see if it was delivered to them by accident.
- If you feel that it may have been stolen, please contact your local police
If the tracking information shows delivered we're unable to issue a refund.
