Natural and earthy copper jewelry with a funky twist.
I create because I have to; it's just in me. I'm an artist, a jeweler, an interior designer. I suppose having a little peek at my background might help...
My father is a carpenter while my mom is an artist and jeweler, with me growing up in the family biz, learning the trade. Later in life (after having my daughter) I discovered my love of interior design. After earning my degree in interior design, I spent 4 years in Chicago working in the field, before moving back home to South Florida to start my own design firm.
In 2011, my mom asked me to set up and run an online shop for her. Since I still love to dabble in jewelry design, little by little my earthy inspired copper line started to creep into our coastal inspired shop.
So I figured it was time to open my own Etsy shop. One where my earthy viewpoint would be able to stand alone. And so, I introduce you to Blue Copper Designs! :-)
