5 out of 5 starsI love my new mats. Natallie was very responsive to my many questions, as I had a hard time choosing between her lovely designs. Please note that if you're using the mats on wood floors (without furniture on top), you'll need to secure them as they move around. The order got held up in customs, but Natallie promptly supplied the additional info needed to get it on its way. Unfortunately, I got hit with a bill $25.80 in duties weeks later, which was not fun. The website did advise that "additional taxes and duties may apply", but it would be better to inform the buyer of the full price at the time of purchase, or at least provide an estimate of duties .

Estimated time
Waiting few weeks for your item? That wouldn't happen in my shop!

What to do in the first place!
1. Right after receiving the item, please make sure if it's free of flaws.
2. Check if the size is correct.
3. Before installing the wallpaper, place all of the panels on the floor and check if they match one to another.
Keep in mind!
After installation, I'm not able to deal with complaints.
Personal data required for shipping
Please, make sure that your address is updated once you place the order. As a seller, I'm not responsible for a wrongly addressed package because the customer entered the wrong information.
I ask you politely to provide me your phone number right after you make a purchase in case of any problems with delivery. If not - the package might be returned to me.
Care instructions
Removable material: supplier recommends installing the wallpaper at least 3 weeks after painting. It's risky to place this kind of wallpaper on a wall painted with washable paint (latex). It also won't adhere to textured, bumpy walls with imperfections. Wall has to be completely smooth.
Please note - removable material can be applied and peeled multiple times; however, it works with solid surfaces only, as it may rip on old or badly prepared coating.
About my desk mats - they are very easy to clean! Just use a wet cloth or delicate detergents :)
Returns & complaint
Please, shop wisely! Customized orders do not apply to return policy. I accept returns for standard orders that do not exceed the value of $1500. Please, message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use/install your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.

My collection of soft bathroom mats are non-customizable.
Colors and size
My prints are not metallic. The colors that you can see on your monitor may differ slightly from those on the final print.
Bear in mind, that during the printing of another panel, colors may vary due to a different print batch.
Dimensions of the product may vary +/- 2%.
Important info
Mats are designed for use on hard surfaces. Please don't place them on carpets etc.
Delivery information
Fedex communication: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.
