Please note that I do my best in taking photographs as accurate as possible. However colors may vary from monitor to monitor as well as with different lighting conditions. Please look at all pictures of an item. I would be happy to answer questions regarding color and/or bead size. Number of beads in a photograph may not be the same amount in the listing, to better show variations of style, shape or color.

Most listing descriptions are in length of strand and/or number of beads per strand. Some beads are removed from the strand and bagged to prevent breakage during shipping. Moreover, some beads are used in the photography for listings. Those beads removed from the strand are bagged for shipping.

All measurements are approximate and with the handmade nature of beads, slight variations are to be expected.

I strive to provide excellent selection and quality. If by chance, you receive a bead that is broken or chipped, please message me and describe the problem. I will always do my best to correct the situation.

I ship via USPS mail. All shipments are prepared using bubble envelopes so they will make it to you safely. I generally ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. Exceptions to this will be communicated via convo or posted in the shop announcements. Items returned to the shop due to incorrect addresses will be communicated via convo, refunded for items less shipping and restocked. If there is ever a problem receiving your shipment please contact me.
