We are a father daughter team creating awards and personalized items

I was in the specialty automotive field for over 30 years owning a shop in Daytona Beach Fl that sold parts for and built race cars. That shop also was involved in custom car fabrication.
Jenn has been involved in the performing arts, colorguard to be exact, and is a graduate of Savanna College of Art and Design. She has a degree in computer animation.
We've put our experiences together to form Bluefire Artistic Creations.

Payment
We want to make it easy to purchase from us so we take all major credit cards and Paypal too. Order will be shipped after payment confirmed.
Any unpaid orders will be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.
Shipping
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES: We generally ship within 3 days of a completed transaction by USPS. Shipments are processed Monday though Friday. Any orders falling on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. We can do expedited orders, convo us with your needs and we'll do our best to meet them. Shipping prices include freight plus packing materials, we don't make money on shipping.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES & COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases whenever possible. Refunds will be given after actual shipping cost is determined as noted above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Our items are sometimes available to be shipped internationally, please convo us for a quote. We will only ship internationaly if shipping time is not important, nothing with a deadline. We will not do expedited shipping out of the US, it just doesn't work. Shipping times vary by country, and tracking information is generally only available to the point it leaves US Customs.

CUSTOMS FEES: Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or customs fees which may be applicable in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is not to your satisfaction, we will refund your full amount or replace it once we receive the item in return mail.
