Custom and personalized orders
-As long as we get though the design and proof process quickly we can have your item your hands in about 5-6 days after the order is placed. The important thing is to look for the proof so we can get that approved. If you need it faster than that please let us know.
Just put your must have by date in the notes to seller on checkout along with your info and we'll get a proof to you.
Incorrect Addresses
There isn't a way for us to change the shipping address within Etsy so we see it before printing a label, we just have to remember it at the time we are printing the shipping label which doesn't always work with the volume of orders we have. The best way to make sure it happens is for us to refund and cancel the current order and then you can re-order with the correct address. That way it will definitely go to the right place.
Business Card Holders
Engraving for either the front OR back is included in the listing purchase. To engrave on both sides you will need to purchase a listing for additional engraving.
