Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?

I don't accept returns or exchanges because all of my invitations are custom made for your specific event and has no resale value. Be sure that the draft I send you via Etsy conversation is perfect before giving me the okay to make all of them.

What happens if I don't respond to the draft you send to me via Etsy conversation?

**If you have not provided your invitation information and do not provide it within 48 hours, your order will be refunded and cancelled. I will have sent at least 2 messages to you in this time.**
For digital invitations - If you do not respond to your draft within 48 hours of the draft being sent to you, I will assume that it is good to email and will email your files to the email associated with Etsy.
For physical invitations - If you do not respond to your draft within one week of the draft being sent to you, I will print and ship your invitations as is. I am not responsible for typos made by you.

When will I get my item?

For processing times (the time it takes me to make and take your package to USPS), please ask as it varies by item.
If you select standard 1st class shipping, USPS estimates you should get your package in 3-5 business days. This does not include Sundays and holidays.
If you select Priority 2-3 day shipping, USPS estimates you should get your package in 2-3 business days. This does not include Sundays and holidays.
If you select Express 1-2 day shipping, USPS guarantees your package will arrive in 1-2 business days *or you will be refunded the shipping cost*. You will not be refunded for the item.

Where are my digital files? I can't find them!

Instant download digital files can be found in your purchases file on Etsy when viewing from a computer (will not be available to mobile or tablet).
Customized digital invitations will be emailed to you as soon as you approve a draft sent via Etsy conversation.

Oh no! There's a typo on the invitation I approved! Will you reprint them?

Please be sure to check and double check the draft(s) I send before approving them for print. For digital invitations, you may purchase this listing to change your final invitation:

For printed invitations, I will reprint them at a 40% discount and will not include envelopes on the second order.

- Resell my files as is
- Print and sell the items for profit
- Share my files in any way with anyone

Digital files are emailed after draft approval. Unlimited edits are included until approval. After approval and files are delivered, edits are subject to $2.50 edit fee.
