Hello. All apparel listings include detailed measurements along with photos of actual measurements to prevent size issues. Shop profile advises to ask questions and check measurements PRIOR to purchase. Our suggestion is to read the ads to make sure our product matches your needs PRIOR to placing an order. Our Shop has sent a message to the buyer in an attempt to resolve this complaint and remove the 1 star review. We strongly believe this is an unfair rating. For 1: Our shop provides all measurement details, the buyer did not bother to read or check measurements. And 2: As mentioned previously, we've reached out, attempted to contact buyer to resolve this with absolutely no response from buyer. We try our best to provide exceptional service and quality products to everyone.

Care instructions
All apparel is wash inside out with like colors, tumble dry low inside out, avoid bleach, avoid ironing.
Masks are suggested hang dry, may shrink.
Avoid ironing vinyl designs or sublimation designs.
Care instructions
Drinkware: hand wash with dish soap. Hand dry.
Tumblers cannot be put in microwave. Mugs are microwave safe.
No dishwasher (heat may cause color to fade).
Sizing details
Hats are standard adult size. Snapback style is more snug and shorter in circumference, 13 inch top circumference of hat. They have adjustable size strap. At tightest will be 22 inches round head circumference. At loosest will be 24inches.
Shirts and sweatshirts will have the measurements in the description. Shirt and sweatshirt measurements are taken laying flat, I include chest measurement and shoulder to hip length measurements. Please feel free to ask any other questions.
