We welcome placing reservations or holds on unique listings. However, we require that you provide us with a definitive time period of four weeks or less for the hold. At the time, we are unable to place reservations or holds if you are unsure of when you will be able to pay. If you need to reserve or hold a listing for more than four weeks, please contact us.

Unless a service is stated to take effect or manifest sooner, the typical manifestation times will vary from 1-4 weeks. This completely depends on the type of service and your personal situation. For downloadable and self-castable spells, the results of the spell are dependent on the energy and intention put into casting them.

Please keep in mind that many spells and services are not immediate and life-changing miracles. We do not claim to offer spells that will fix all of your problems, our work is only to get you closer to your intended end result. A certain level of personal energy must go into manifesting the success of a spell, whether cast by yourself or another person. If you do not want or expect it to work, it won't, and this applies to every kind of magic. This being said, if you do not feel satisfied with the quality of our work, PLEASE reach out to us for a refund or a re-casting within 60 days of purchase. We are more than happy to help.

Within 3 days of your order being placed, we will send out a conjure calling for a spirit connected to a sample of your energy, as well as intentions to match any specifications you may have. Once they step through, the vetting process begins so that we can ensure they are whom they say they are and that they are safe to work with human companions. The vetting process typically takes 6-8 weeks, but may take longer if necessary, up to 6 months. We will send you full information about your conjure after the vetting process is completed and you are given the chance to approve or deny the spirit before binding. Please message us if you would like to know about your conjure early, we are more than happy to help!

Vetting is a process that all reputable conjurers put the spirits they conjure through before offering them to human companions. Vetting for every conjurer looks different. Our vetting involves several interviewing sessions to collect information to give to the human companion, as well as to ensure they are whom they say they are and that they are safe to work with. We spend personal time with the spirit so that we know, in-depth, the temperament of their energy and personality.
This process helps us find details out about your companions such as sexual orientation, age, arts, history (if they like to share), triggers or traumas, hobbies and interests, preferred offerings, as well as identifying and understanding their manifestations.

With two people sharing the account and an influx of possibly dozens of messages in a day, it is very possible that your message has been buried. If you are responding to an old message thread, the conversation may also be archived and we are not getting notifications for your messages. If you have waited longer than 24 hours for a response and you haven't received an auto-generated message stating that we are taking the day off, please send a fresh message from a new thread and we will respond as quickly as possible!
