Replacements and/or Refunds

Every piece I ship is a new beautiful handmade piece that is inspected prior to shipping.

Please note that I am not responsible for breakage or damage due to wear and tear on any of the pieces. Be sure to take care of your jewelry and handle it with care as it is very delicate.

I will ONLY replace or refund an item if it was damaged DURING shipping and it was insured, after you provide photos/proof in UN-OPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

(If jewelry arrives broken DO NOT take it out of its original packaging, photograph it in the box it came in, and photograph the mailer. Filing a USPS claim requires all this)

If you want your order to ship with insurance, please select "Priority Mail" or "Express Mail" option during checkout.

Repair Service

Please contact me through the ETSY convo system for information on how to send an item back for a repair.

I offer a repair service, which depending on the kind of repair needed, is either free or for an additional fee.

I entered the wrong address, how do I correct it?

I ship to the address you provide in your order.
I am not responsible for typos or incomplete addresses.

Please contact me immediately, and before I ship your order, to request a change of address or a correction.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package

In the occasion that this happens, please contact your local USPS with your tracking information.
We don't have any more information than you do, about where your package is. Once we ship it, it's in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over it.
We see the same tracking as you do. Most often they will have your package or be able to help you locate it.

If you still have not received your package please contact us and we can file a trace with the USPS.

We'll be glad to work with you as much as possible to help you locate your package, however, we will not replace or refund the value of items in packages that show delivered.

About free shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent by the least expensive method of our choosing.

The ETSY system lets you pick a specific method, but this does not apply with us for orders that qualify to ship free.

If you need a specific faster service (Priority or Express), you will have to pay for it during checkout.
