When will my order ship? Will I be able to track my order?
Our goal is to fill every order within 24 hours. You will receive an email with notification of the tracking number as soon as your order is processed. If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours, check your spam folders. Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by USPS, UPS, or myself.
How are my items shipped?
Single item orders typically weigh less than 1 pound and thus are mailed USPS First Class. First Class mail does not include insurance. Two or more items (with the exception of stencils, ink and stamp pads) weigh more than a pound and are mailed either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Both of those include insurance. If you want to expedite your order and/or ensure insurance, contact us and we'll be glad to upgrade your shipping to Priority or UPS Ground for $5.
What if an item is damaged in transit?
On rare occasions the post office drop kicks or body slams one of our boxes, and as a result you may receive a damaged product.
If you do receive a damaged shipment, email Cyndi at cyndi [!at] mybluestarantiques.com with a photo of your damaged product to start the process. Be sure to save your box and packing materials as the US Postal Service may want to see it prior to approving a claim for damages.
What if my order is lost in transit?
We ship hundreds of packages a month and it is quite rare for a package to get lost. If your package hasn't arrived in 10 business days, contact us and we will submit a USPS search. Most of the time that's all it takes to find the package and get it routed back to you. We are unable to issue a refund until the package is confirmed lost by USPS or has been MIA for 15 day.
